Grape variety: 100% Picpoul
Tasting notes: Light citrus, green apple and a hint of thyme. The palate is light bodied, with lemony acidity and a saline minerality typical of Picpoul. 
Pairings: Enjoy this crisp and refreshing white wine as an easy aperitif with a bowl of salt and vinegar chips or go the classic route and drink it with shellfish like oysters, steamed mussels and clams. Best served between 8°C and 10°C and enjoyed the wine while it is young; ideally 1-2 years after the vintage.
